What do you get when you merge two favourites, wine & cheese into one bite? Drunken goat cheese (murcia al vino), a DOP cheese from the Murcia region of southeast Spain. Under the beautiful merlot coloured rind is a slightly fruity flavour and definite wine aroma cheese. The taste suggests the sharp tang commonly associated with goat cheese, but in a mellow "I-want-everyone-to-like-me" sort of way.
