BLACK OLIVE TAPENADE
Rich, black, naturally-ripened Beldi olives blended with capers, garlic and sundried tomatoes to make an umami rich paste. We use the finest black Moroccan olives and capers with no artificial flavourings or preservatives.
- Add a spoonful to a tuna and green bean salad
- Stuff under the skin of a roast chicken
- Stir into a tomato sauce for a umami flavour
- Use as a pizza topping
- Spread onto a cheese and tomato toast
GREEN OLIVE TAPENADE
Our Green Olive Paste takes inspiration from Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavours. The lemons and salty capers add a fresh and vibrant flavour to many dishes.
- Spread on toast with tuna mayo and spring onions
- Stir into pasta with rocket and peas
- Add to grilled fish
- Mix with cream cheese and add to a smoked salmon bagel
