This dutch blue cheese is a delicious, semi-firm blue cheese from Holland, made in a similar style to a classic Dutch gouda—with the addition of a robust, pleasantly tangy blue vein.  It has a buttery mouthfeel and nutty-sweet flavour with a medium blue presence, pleasantly sharp, somewhat “spicy”, without being too barny or funky tasting. It's as good on a cheese board as it is melted onto a pizza!
