It's hard to believe that Fall is right around the corner! This seasons box is full of some of our favourite washed rind cheeses. Categorized by the notoriously pungent aroma, wash rind cheese pack a punch of flavour and are perfect with fall flavours like apples and spices. Wash rind cheeses are sometimes referred to as pungent and reminiscent of the odors of autumn. This season we have three incredible cheeses to fall in love with; Le Douanier, Pacific Rock and Wildwood. Included in this seasons offering is a delicious, rich, crab pâté.
