A sharp aged sheep's milk cheese studded with whole black peppercorns is an exciting alternative to regular Pecorino Romano. It has a spiciness and bite that is pleasing as a table cheese, as well as terrific for grating or shaving over pasta and soup. Made entirely from sheep's milk and aged nine months for well-aged flavoUr and very firm texture.
