WAKUSIMI

Wakusimi is named after a river east of Kapuskasing located south of the municipalities of Fauquier and Moonbeam. This pressed cheese made from cow’s milk is distinguished by its rich flavor and slightly dry texture. It is also sprinkled with vegetable ash.
