Quark is a European style fresh cheese, it has greek yoghurt like qualities and is very creamy. It is most often enjoyed as a dessert or eaten at breakfast. Quark is very rich and smooth and it has a higher protein content than yoghurt. Locally made in Waterford Ontario, this quark is absolutely delicious.

Lightly sweetened with blueberries and maple syrup sourced from local farms!
