ROSE

A dry Rose with juicy red berry and grapefruit notes with a mouth watering finish.  Super easy drinking is a single vineyard selection from cool-climate Elgin County made with cabernet franc. The grapes are crushed and grape skins are left in contact with the juice for 24 hours then bled saignee style to create this delicious rose.

Pair with Le Douanier, Charcuterie, plank grilled salmon, salad nicoise, pasta primavera and roast vegetable pizza.
