Shipping & Returns
Please note that we make every effort to cut weights exact however, given our products are cut fresh to order, weights can vary 10g-50g from ordered weights. Where some pieces may be short in weight, others may be larger, we try to balance our orders to ensure you receive your total purchase price in product.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as cheese, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, crackers, olives, meats, preserves and chocolate are not returnable.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- defective products or products that have not yet expired but have failed.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
If you have ordered a gift basket, please be sure to include a message for the card in the notes section at checkout. If a message is not included for the card, the gift tag will be left blank.
Gift baskets and gift cards are not eligible for returns and are a final sale.
We use a third party refrigerated delivery courier service for our local deliveries. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout at $1/km. Deliveries are available between 3pm and 6:30pm. All deliveries are contactless. Your package will be delivered to the front porch of the delivery location. Please check your porch between 3pm and 6:30pm on your scheduled delivery date. Delivery can be arranged to anywhere within a 100km radius of the store.
Orders are shipped via UPS and must be pre-arranged. If you require assistance with shipping please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org
Gift Cards can be mailed via Canada Post at no charge.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping & delivery fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
