GARLIC & CHIVE CROWDIE

Crowdie is fresh cheese that is made using whole milk. It is similar to a cream cheese, but easily spreadable with a tangy flavour. It is excellent on a bagel, or it can be used in place of cream cheese or sour cream in your favourite recipes.

This garlic and chive version is a limited edition flavour and it's been flying out of the store! Using local ingredients, this velvety, herbaceous cheese is a showstopper on a cheese board.
