A pantry staple! Front Road Markets tried and true recipe is full of punchy vinegar and spices and just a touch sweet. These golden beets are absolutely beautiful: and lighter on the earthy flavour! Top burgers or mix into potato salad. Makes a simple appetizer by spreading goat cheese on a crostini and top with pickled beet pieces.
