1) in large pot brown 1 chopped onion and 1 c chopped zucchini. 2) pinch bag below noodles, for noodles into a bowl and set aside. 3) add remaining package contents and 10-12 c of water to pot, boil and simmer covered until cooked. (approx 2 hrs) 4) in the last 15 mins of cooking, add 1 package cooked chopped bacon, 796 ml can diced tomatoes, 2 c spinach, and noodles. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parmesan cheese.
