ST. ODA

St. Oda is a soft cow's milk cheese, with a fluffy, wrinkly rind made in the French style. It starts out delicate and creamy but will get funky and ooey-gooey as it gets more ripe. The perfect pairing for a crusty loaf of bread. Drizzle some honey or maple syrup on top for an extra bit of indulgence. 1st Place at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair in 2024.
