BLUEBERRY HONEY

This blueberry honey is made from the nectar gathered from the beautiful tiny white flowers of blueberry bushes. It has a slight tang and a fruity flavour. Blueberry honey has a very strong antioxidant and antimicrobial power. Stir it in tea, use it in sauces and baked goods, swirl it in plain yogurt sprinkled with a little mint, drizzle it over any mild cheese or smear it on top of fruit muffins.
