Crowdie is fresh cheese that is made using whole milk. It is similar to a cream cheese, but easily spreadable with a tangy flavour. This version has 70% dark chocolate throughout and is studded with chocolate curls from Habitual Chocolate. Try this luxurious spread on fresh strawberries or shortbread cookies.
