A traditional Beef Chili. Great in the slow cooker! A hearty meal, with little to add.

Directions: 1) in large pot, brown 1- 2 lb hamburger with 1 large chopped onion. 2) add package contents, 28oz can diced tomatoes, and 5 c water. 3) bring to hard boil, then simmer covered for 3-4 hrs. Add extra water as needed. Season with salt and pepper. Option: add quartered mushrooms, corn, and cooked sausage. Note: for softer beans and faster cook time soak beans for 4-6 hrs, use 2- 2 ½ c water, and cook for 2-3 hrs. Please note that some ingredients may be field harvested. For best results inspect for elements of nature before cooking.
