With just a dash of dill, this creamy and delicious chicken corn chowder makes a meal the whole family will enjoy again and again. Terrific garnished with grated cheddar (we have a few options for you to try) and bacon bits!

Directions: 1) in large pot, brown 1-2 lb chicken and 1 chopped onion in 1/4 c butter 2) add 1 ½ c chopped celery, 1 c carrot, 4 cubed potatoes, 6 c water; boil, then simmer covered for 20 mins. 3) add package contents and 2-3 c cream or milk; simmer for 20-30 min more until potatoes are soft and rice is cooked, stirring regularly. Add extra water or milk as needed. Season with salt and pepper. Option: add diced bacon while browning chicken.
