Fermentation and aging in bourbon barrels brings layers of baking spice, charred wood, vanilla and toast alongside abundant whiskey notes to this cider. It has bright acidity, a creamy mouthfeel and crisp apple flavours.
Bourbon barrels were sourced and shipped from Kentucky for this hard cider. A blend of four different apples, all grown in Norfolk showcase the ability of this county to grow this crop to great success.
