ELDERFLOWER BALSAMIC VINEGAR

The versatility of Elderflower Balsamic makes it a prized addition to various culinary creations, cocktails and mocktails. It can be used for salad dressings, drizzling over roasted vegetables or grilled meats. It can also be used as a marinade or glaze for seafood, poultry or even fruits, adding depth and character to every bite.

  • Combine with Persian Lime olive oil and toss with farro, chickpeas, minced parsley, scallions, and chives.
  • Combine with Milanese Gremolata olive oil and drizzle over orzo salad with fresh herbs, chopped Kalamata olives, cherry tomatoes, spinach, and feta cheese.
  • For a quick appetizer, combine it with Garlic olive oil and marinate olives and feta cheese, particularly delicious with a sprinkle of Turkish seasoning.
  • Make mocktails or cocktails with 1 tsp of Elderflower White balsamic and 1 tsp of Sicilian Lemon Balsamic with ice and soda water, gin or vodka.

Storage: Cool, dry conditions away from direct sunlight. Temperatures not to exceed 25ºC. For best flavours, consume within 36 months.
