FIG & PEAR CHEESE INFUSION

The natural sweetness of ripe figs and juicy pears is beautifully complemented by the earthy warmth of sage, creating a harmonious marinade that infuses your favorite cheeses with layers of complexity.

HOW TO USE:

Simply cube your favourite firm or semi-firm cheese, place it a jar with a well fitting lid. Empty the contents of your Cheese Infusion Blend Pack into the jar.  Fill with premium olive oil, and let infuse for 8 hours or up to 1 day for maximum flavour. The magic happens as the flavours meld, enhancing the cheese with aromatic notes and a silky texture.
