LE ROULE WITH FINE HERBS

This is a creamy, fresh cheese product made from the finest cow’s milk, garlic and herbs. According to the traditional production method, herbs are sprinkled over the curds of Le Roulé, before it is rolled by hand. This rolled cheese is particularly creamy and suitable for spreading on bread. It has a fresh, mild flavour.
