SMOKED ORANGE & ROSEMARY CHEESE INFUSION

This distinctive marinade blends the sweet, citrusy notes of Valencia oranges with the earthy, pine-like aroma of rosemary, creating a sophisticated and smoky flavor profile. 

HOW TO USE:

Simply cube your favourite firm or semi-firm cheese, place it a jar with a well fitting lid. Empty the contents of your Cheese Infusion Blend Pack into the jar.  Fill with premium olive oil, and let infuse for 8 hours or up to 1 day for maximum flavour. The magic happens as the flavours meld, enhancing the cheese with aromatic notes and a silky texture.
