This season’s bag is sure to please, showcasing four milks; cow, goat, sheep and buffalo. First on our list is Pacific Wildfire, a cow’s milk cheese packed with a fiery punch. Next, is goat’s milk, we have chosen Paillot de Chevre, a creamy and rich cheese. Black Garlic Manchego follows that for a delicious sheep’s milk cheese bursting with savoury garlic flavour. Lastly we have the Buffalo Bliss, a double creme brie that will not disappoint.
